GIVES TIPS FOR BOTH PASSIVE AND ACTIVE RANGE OF MOTION!

Objectives:
  • Define range of motion.
  • Describe the parts of the musculoskeletal system and how they work together.
  • Differentiate between rehabilitative and preventative range of motion exercises and discuss the benefits of each.
  • Describe the general guidelines for performing and/or assisting with range of motion exercises.
  • Demonstrate proper technique in performing range of motion exercises in your daily work with clients.
